Is custom branding included in the pricing?

Custom branding (embroidery or DTF/DFT printing) is not included in the base unit price. Branding costs vary depending on the design size, placement and complexity, so final pricing is provided case-by-case. To receive an accurate quote for your project, please request a quote.

What is the turnaround time for custom orders?

Turnaround times can vary depending on fabric availability. Because our garments are made from recycled-content fabrics, material supply isn’t always continuous and may affect production timelines. Once submit your quote request, we’ll confirm fabric stock with our factory and provide you with an extimated production timeframe before proceeding.

Do the colours look exactly like the prodcut photos?

Because our fabrics are produced from colour-sorted textile waste rather than conventionally dyed yarns, natural shade variation of up to 5% can occure between batches. This variation is part of the recycled aesthetic and contributes to significant reductions in water, chemical and energy use. We always confirm current colour availability and batch consistency with our factory before finalising your order.

Do you guarantee fabric availability for every order?

All garments are made using recycled-content fabrics. Because these materials are produced from collected and sorted textile waste, fabric availability can vary and is not always in continuous stock. Before confirming your order, we will check fabric availability with our factory to ensure your preferred colours and quantities can be produced.

What’s the minimum order quantity?

Minimum order quantity is 100 units per style and colour. But you’re welcom to mix sizes within that. For example, an order of 100 sweatshirts can be split across size combination (e.g., 30 S, 40 M and 30 L).

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes, we ship to all metro and regional locations across Australia. Shipping costs depend on order size and delivery address and will be included in your quote.

How do payment terms work?

An 80% deposit is required to begin production, with the remaining balance due before dispatch. This structure is standard for made-to-order sustainable manufacturing, where materials and production capacity are commited upfront.
